Position Summary

As an Inside Sales Representative at Precision Group you will work with customers to ensure a smooth sales process.  You will demonstrate excellent customer service and professionalism during any communication and follow up with any customers promptly.  You will develop leads and seek opportunities to present additional products to our current customers.

To be successful as an Inside Sales Representative you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction.  A top Inside Sales Representative should also be very competitive and a good listener.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answering customer calls, emails and texts promptly
  • Stay informed about competing products
  • Answering customers’ questions and send additional information per email
  • Responding to customer requests promptly with Pricing, Availability and Product Information
  • Listen to customer needs and work with our team to find solutions
  • Consistently working on own and with our team to educate self on product and market
  • A team player who helps others and works well with others for the success of the team
  • Asking for guidance to learn
  • Work closely with operations

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Excellent phone skills and ability to make outbound exploratory calls
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong listening and sales skills
  • Competitive drive. Passion and desire to WIN.  Always wanting to not just achieve goals but surpass.
  • Ability to work well with others to drive team success and communicate needs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS or equivalent degree is a plus
  • Customer Service, Quotation or Inside Sales experience is a plus
  • Clean work history.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)

  • Office based position with limited travel
