As Director of Quality Systems at Precision Group, Fabricio brings over 25 years of experience in quality management, process improvement, and strategic operations across the telecommunications, insurance, and manufacturing sectors.
Throughout his career, Fabricio has led global teams, developed impactful quality strategies, and driven business performance. From managing multimillion-dollar portfolios at the National Insurance Institute (INS) to leading product development and process optimization, he consistently delivers measurable results.
A certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, he also holds certifications in ITIL, COBIT, and BPM, showcasing his expertise in IT service management and automation.
Fabricio earned an MBA in Banking and Finances and a degree in Industrial Engineering, both with Summa Cum Laude honors. His commitment to excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement makes him a trusted leader at Precision Group.

What do you love about the Broadband industry?
- Broadband democratizes the access to knowledge, meaning broadband enhances access to educational resources and online learning, breaking down barriers for students/people in underserved areas.

- Improved internet services can lead to better community resources and public services, enhancing the overall quality of life.
How has the industry evolved over your career, looking back what is most surprising?
When I started in the world of telecommunications, everything was POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service). I experienced the evolution to fiber optics firsthand.”
It is amazing to me how everything happened at a slow pace at the beginning and then suddenly, we were depending 100% in the access to broadband starting with FTTx and then evolving to wireless broadband access making us 100% dependent on the access to broadband to carry not any outstanding activities but to execute regular daily tasks but is a surprisingly efficient way that we would have never imagined 30 years ago .
What does your favorite Saturday look like?
Early morning MTB or road bicycle ride and then spend time with my family.
What hobbies and interests do you have outside of work?
Bicycling, photography, learning as much as I can through reading and browsing with a particular interest in statistics, physics and technology.
Tell us something about yourself people may not know?
When I retire, I would like to live at the beach.
What was your 10 year-old-self’s dream job?
I wanted to be a meteorologist
Why are you excited about working at Precision Group?
It is the most agile company I have worked for, where a product can be introduced from its concept to delivery to the customer in really short times. Additionally, the work environment is unmatched; we all focus on achieving results, and even when problems arise, the focus is always on finding prompt solutions rather than criticism or assigning blame.
