Jason Drum, Regional Account Manager
As Regional Account Manager at Precision Group, Jason Drum supports customers and partners across Florida, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Alabama.
Jason brings more than 30 years of experience in the enterprise structured cabling market, with additional time spent in the broadband industry. Throughout his career, he has worked in a variety of roles that have strengthened his technical knowledge, customer focus, and ability to solve complex challenges.
Most recently, Jason led a team responsible for building a regional channel partner network nearly from the ground up. Over an eight-year period, that effort grew the regional channel to $15 million—a milestone that reflects his leadership, persistence, and commitment to long-term growth.
Jason is passionate about building strong relationships and being a trusted, reliable resource for customers and colleagues alike. Known for his dependability and willingness to go the extra mile, he takes pride in helping customers find the right solutions to meet their needs.
Jason holds a Business Degree from Appalachian State University.

What do you love about the Broadband industry?
I think it’s exciting being part of an industry that connects customers and users to high speed networks.
How has the industry evolved over your career, looking back what is most surprising?
The growth of fiber cabling in the broadband space and the great increase in network speeds as a result.
What does your favorite Saturday look like?
Golf with my wife and friends. Maybe a good cigar and bourbon in the evening!
What hobbies and interests do you have outside of work?
Grandkids, golf, and travel

I’m a bit obsessive compulsive…not as bad as Adrian Monk though.
What was your 10 year-old-self’s dream job?
Astronaut
