Kieser Hladik, Regional Account Manager
As Regional Account Manager at Precision Group, Kieser Hladik works closely with internal teams and trusted partners to identify and deliver right-fit solutions for customers across the region.
Kieser brings a strong foundation of hands-on experience in broadband, electrical, and industrial markets. Over the past five years at Graybar, he advanced from intern to sales, gaining expertise across warehouse operations, customer service, and account management. Most recently, Kieser covered the Oklahoma broadband market—serving Tier 3 customers, electrical cooperatives, contractors, and Tribal Nations with a focus on partnership and long-term value.
Known for his team-first mindset, Kieser believes in getting things done together. His collaborative approach and customer advocacy make him a trusted resource for solving complex challenges and building lasting relationships.
Kieser holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management from Oklahoma State University. He is passionate about providing dependable solutions and sees every interaction as an opportunity to support, improve, and elevate the work of his customers.

What do you love about the Broadband industry?
I love how down to earth the customers are, as I have found great people with every customer I have worked with. I also love the solution our industry provides, particularly in rural communities.
What does your favorite Saturday look like?
It depends on the time of the year, but it likely includes me outdoors with my family. I may be grilling at home, at the lake, on a mountain, in a treestand, or duck slough. Rest assured, I am outside.
What hobbies and interests do you have outside of work?
I am an avid outdoorsman and love spending time with my family.
Tell us something about yourself people may not know?
My wife and I started dating in middle school.
What was your 10 year-old-self’s dream job?
To have my own archery pro shop. This hasn’t happened yet, but my wife would argue that our garage is turning into one.
