Michelle Engler, Controller
As Controller at Precision Group, Michelle oversees all accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance while also leading HR initiatives. With over a decade of experience in accounting and operations, she drives efficiency, strengthens internal controls, and ensures financial accuracy.
Michelle excels at problem-solving and driving efficiency. She has been instrumental in key initiatives at Precision Group, including the creation of the company’s first handbook and retirement plan, as well as serving on the Accounting Evaluation and Implementation Team for ERP integration.
A servant leader at heart, Michelle is passionate about mentoring her team and fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Western Kentucky University and is currently pursuing an MBA with an Accounting concentration at the University of North Alabama.

What hobbies and interests do you have outside of work?
My favorite thing in the world is being an Aunt. I love spending time with my nieces and nephews and the best part is – I get to spoil them all I want and then send them home.
