As part of the Inside Sales team at Precision Group, Cyndi Kepley brings more than 20 years of experience across sales, real estate, customer service, and business operations. Her background includes roles in cellular phone sales and management, outside sales within the transportation industry, and positions as a paralegal, real estate transaction coordinator, and Realtor—giving her a well-rounded foundation for supporting customers and internal teams.
Cyndi is known for her dependable, detail-oriented approach and her commitment to creating exceptional client experiences. She consistently exceeds sales goals, builds loyal customer relationships, and helps streamline processes to ensure interactions are organized, efficient, and stress-free.

Cyndi holds an Associate Degree in Business/Pre-Law, a Paralegal Degree, and a Tennessee Real Estate License.
