ASI 502 is a one-part, moisture-curing RTV (room temperature vulcanizing) silicone that cures to a strong, silicone rubber that maintains long-term durability and flexibility. Fully cured, ASI 502 has excellent adhesion to glass, metal, porcelain, ceramic, wood, most plastics and many other nonporous substrates. Our Standard Size Flex NID has been popular with FTTX installers since its release because of its craft friendly splicing and connectivity features. But…some installers really wanted more slack storage. So we gave you both! We’ve made slack storage the star in this version by moving the splice tray to the back of the NID and maximizing space in the storage system. The transition plate was designed to retrofit the outdoor ONT NID for use with Indoor ONTs. Often, customers continue to use the ONT NID even after moving indoors but have no way to deal with slack management. Problem solved! The bullet adapter was designed to work with our bullet series fiber assemblies to stop the need for tape during installation. Simply screw the bullet adapter onto our bullet jumper, then screw on your existing glow rod and pull for installation. Allowing for smaller holes and less damage to connectors, the bullet adapter will increase speed and efficiency of installs while reducing penetration side to customer residence.
